At Devoir, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you safely and promptly. This policy outlines our order processing, payment confirmation, shipping, tracking, and delivery procedures.
+ Order Processing & Dispatch
Once you place an order, you will be automatically directed to our order tracking page, where you can follow your order's progress.
For orders paid via bank transfer, please share your payment receipt with us for verification. Once our team confirms your payment, your order will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day.
+ Order Confirmation & Updates
All relevant order details and updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your inbox regularly for order-related notifications.
+ Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other logistical factors.
While we do our best to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
+ Our Delivery Partners
Devoir partners with Leopards Courier and TCS to deliver your orders safely and reliably. Our delivery partners help bring your favorite fragrances to your doorstep with care and efficiency.
+ Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will be automatically directed to our order tracking page. Please allow some time for tracking information to become available or update as your order is processed and handed over to the courier.
You can use the tracking page to follow your shipment's progress and stay informed about its delivery status.
